Business Law

The course of Business Law offers a reasoned approach to the fundamentals of European Company Law, which constitutes the basic system for national company law and often the natural starting point when company law matters need to be resolved. Therefore, this course aims to give an insight into the existing European Company Law structure and shed some light on its development in the foreseeable future. As results of learning outcomes, the candidate shall acquire familiarity with the juridical lexicon and adequate knowledge of European Company Law.

Interpreting macroeconomic scenarios

Welcome to the course of Interpreting macroeconomic scenarios. This course has the objective to deliver the key macroeconomic tools and theories useful to understand the functioning of economic systems. In particular, the first part of the course is focused upon the debate on secular stagnation. The second part will focus instead on more specific topics, such as education, poverty, inequality, social security, insurance, consumption and econometric applications.

Welcome to the course of Macroeconomics.
