How do I get the certificate?
In the "final test" section of the course you followed you will find all the information.
- Remember to enter your personal data in the profile. Click at the top right on your username → Profile to access your profile. Then, at the top left find the "Edit" button to edit your profile. The last section of the profile is called "Personal data for the certificate". Enter all the required data.
- To access the certificate, you must also pass the final test of the course with at least 18 points out of 30 and fill an evaluation questionnaire.
All these resources will be found in the "final test" section of the course.
Once the evaluation questionnaire has been completed, the resource to download the certificate will appear in the "final test" section.
I have a problem with the edumeter evaluation. What should I do?
Access the edumeter service to check and update the assessments to be made.

under the heading "Qualità della Didattica (teaching quality) - Edumeter". In your request please include the following:
- matriculation number
- exam code
- degree course
- professor's name
- sepcify that it is a start@unito module
Why does the system not let me enter the Italian fiscal code?
The Italian fiscal code is a unique identifier of the user on the platform. Two users cannot have the same code. You are probably using two accounts, in one of which you entered his Italian fiscal code. Choose which account you want to use and enter the Italian fiscal code only in that account (possibly removing it from the previous one).
How do I log into start@unito?
If you are a generic user or a prospective student, always use one of your social networks accounts (click on the coloured buttons on the upper right side of the home page, or the login button down on the left). If you are a UniTo student, always use the button "Log in with Google", logging into Google with your UniTo credentials. If you work for UniTo, you can access the page with your SCU credentials. If you still have trouble logging in, contact the helpdesk service.
I have done all the activities but the course completion is incomplete. Why?
Some resources require the student to tick the box manually. For example, you can mark videos as complete on your own once you have learnt the contents.
How do I know which degree courses recognize the exam?
Consult the section “Informazioni per il riconoscimento” (Authentication Information), look at the details and see if you can find your degree course.Depending on the Degree Program, the exam can be different (some courses are modular). Warning: the resource can be updated, so before proceeding with the study it is better to consult the information included in the Study Plans of your Degree Program.
